Return Process
All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at spazzz261992@gmail.com before sending any merchandise back to us.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item and shipped back to us within this timeframe.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for return, items must meet the following criteria:

Product is in its original packaging
Product is unused and undamaged
All original tags and labels are attached

Return Process Steps

Receive Authorization: Wait for our return authorization and instructions
Ship Items Back: Send items back with tracking number (required)
Processing: Once received and inspected, we'll email you regarding approval or rejection
Refund: If approved, refunds are processed within 7-15 business days to your original payment method

Items NOT Eligible for Return

Final Sale Items: All items marked as "Final Sale"
Special/Clearance Items: Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales
Used or Damaged Items: Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by manufacturing defects

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Order Cancellations

Within 24 Hours: Full refund available for orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
After 24 Hours (Unshipped Orders): Partial refund available with 15% cancellation fee
Shipped Orders: No cancellations accepted once order has been delivered
